Deb Bradbury has been in the Children’s Services industry for 30 years.
Living in Busselton since 1996, Deb, together with husband Anthony have been raising their boys and juggling family and business life for the past 10 years.
Since opening Busselton Early Education Centre (BEE) in 2004, demand for places has been strong. In 2011, BEE expanded by revamping the old Gladewater CCC into a second centre, “Bee on Hadfield”, to cater for a growing demand for quality, holistic childcare services.
BEE centres provide comprehensive services including long day care and after school and vacation care. We offer high quality care - our child care educators and EC teachers receive specialised and ongoing training.
We offer a holistic approach to childcare with sustainability embedded throughout our daily practices, enriching future generation’s knowledge and understanding of our environment. Children need to engage with their environment and explore and experiment through play.
BEE centres provide this opportunity.
We are an Accredited SunSmart Centre.
Our diverse team of more than 20 each bring their own unique qualities to share and educate, working toward our common goal. Our team are open and adaptive to change, and view positive relationships between our staff and parents as essential to providing quality care.
Deb manages the two centres, with Monica Johnson and Jessi Griffin coordinating on a daily basis. Quality childcare promotes trust, autonomy and a true sense of happiness and well being in children. BEE staff are attentive to and respectful of children’s individual needs.
Deb and the BEE team are continually working towards meeting the community needs in children’s services.
BEE offers a ‘pre’ school program with qualified Early Childhood teachers.

We provide a nutritious daily menu of fresh produce with limited additives & preservatives. We are accredited under the Food Act 2008. We are an allergy aware centre with ALL educators having anaphyaxis training.

At BEE we offer a natural play scape learning environment for children to explore and enjoy. A daily menu of fresh produce with limited additives and preservatives. Full day/ half days and rotational rosters where available. We are a Sun Smart Accredited centre and an Allergy Aware service with all educators having Anaphylaxis training. BEE is a local family owned business.
